Le deuxième concert du VFC Tour a été marqué par deux changements dans le set de Springsteen. En effet, The River et Bad Moon Rising ont remplacé Lost in the Flood et Proud Mary. Parmi les temps forts de la soirée, on retiendra Because the Night (avec Michael Stipe) et Fortunate Son, avec un John Fogerty déchaîné. R.E.M.
