ABOUT ME
I am a long time Springsteen fan. I have seen 103 Bruce Springsteen concerts. By profession I am filmmaker and photographer and what started out as a hobby (taking some videos at Bruce's shows) ended up in many fantastic full show multicam mix videos. Springsteen fans from all over the world send me their videos to edit them and friends of mine and people I don't know in person started filming because they saw my films and wanted to be a part of it and take it to a new level. Many of my videos are regarded by Springsteen fans around the world as more fun to watch than pro-shots, not just because of the unique point of view that my videos offer. I know Bruce and his band watch my videos, too. This makes me proud and happy.

SOME NOTES
Brad Serling (nugs.net) was interviewed regarding Bruce's future plans to release all future shows as audio downloads and release some shows from the archive, too. This meant a huge step in Bruce’s release policy to all fans. How did it happen? Here's what Serling said in the interview:
"The one question that we had," Serling offers, speaking for many fans, "was why now? We spoke to you five years ago. What changed? It was Bruce looking at YouTube and seeing fan-generated content from his recent shows, as well as archival stuff. And he was like, 'We can do better than this. We own the masters!' What's great is, he wasn't saying, 'Fuck those guys. Take that stuff down. Screw YouTube.' It was, 'If this is happening, we should be doing it officially.'"
Looks like my videos were part of the inspiration! Though, I haven’t seen a better official video yet than my edits from the Wrecking ball/High hopes or River 2016 tour but maybe they are working on something? The important thing is the audio gets released! A fantastic video we can achieve but the one thing we can’t do ourselves is audio recordings that do Bruce's concerts justice. With 4k cameras like the TZ101 and many friends and Bruce fans around the world sending me their videos and the great audio from live.brucespringsteen.net I can now create even greater films! Good times !!!
Oh, another fun thing was to see that they let Thom Zimny make a video (“Don’t change”) featuring fan-shot footage. Must have been their way of saying "hi".
All shows since 2014 and selected shows from the past are released as audio downloads (mp3, FLAC, high-res FLACs) and CD via live.brucespringsteen.net

I take it for granted that you don't just watch my videos but also buy the official audio releases!
Citation de transpirator le 27 novembre 2018, 10 h 41 minPour continuer avec ça, même si on s’éloigne un peu du sujet, je ne comprends pas trop comment fonctionne ce "DVDDUBBINGGUY" car tu trouves sur youtube des concerts entiers avec l'audio officiel comme celui la par exemple.je me souviens qu'en 2012, il était déjà connu pour des pratiques douteuses puisque commerciales (il revendait en se défendant d'avoir fait un vrai boulot de prod)... quand il a fait le DVD du concert du 5 juillet à Paris, ça fritait pas mal sur la jungle... où il lui était reproché de récolter les vidéos des participants+des enregistrements afin d'en faire son business une fois le tout retravaillé... ça allait jusqu'à des noms d'oiseaux... il a finalement balancé son truc gratos...
Il avait même changé son pseudo en "oli66" en référence à son nom ..
Pour être un client sur certains shows auxquels j'ai assisté, son travail est impressionnant.
Les nouvelles sorties des coffrets "goteborg nights" et "italian nights" ont l'air tout simplement incroyables, mais chères...et PARIS 2016 est annoncé pour 2020.

après avoir été faire moi aussi un tour sur son site, je ne trouve rien d'explicite sur le son... en comparant le "roulette" sur son youtube et celui sur le site officiel du boss, je trouve quand même une différence de son... (François grand spécialiste du son et des fichiers audio sur l'ancien forum serait utile pour ce genre de vérif)
je ne suis pas assez copain avec Landau pour vérifier s'il a des "tolérances"... enfin même s'il a été considéré comme limite sur la jungle, ce n'était pas pour ça : c'était pour faire de la thune alors que les audio étaient en partage gratuit... je reste persuadé que la maison de disque ne laisserait jamais passer ça, et que le mec s'il est malin et veut continuer son petit business qui marche n'a pas intérêt a se retrouver avec un procès sur le dos....

Il me semble qu'avant les "live archive", il bénéficiait d'une certaine tolérance de Landau and Co et qu'il avait été en contact avec le management. Pour une raison ou une autre, Olli bénéficie de leur mansuétude. Je pense que la management le considère comme un outil "marketing" -après tout il contribue à écrire la "légende" de certains shows-.
La tolérance que j'évoque n'a jamais été vraiment explicité mais c'est ce qui "transpirait" de certains posts dans les forums Greasylake et BTX. Je n'ai pas les références sous la main mais mon souvenir est qu'il nageait dans une espèce de "zone grise".
