"Who'll Stop the Rain" a ouvert ce troisième concert à East Rutherford sous la pluie. Bruce a peut-être voulu conjurer le mauvais temps en passant pour la première fois de "Empty Sky" à "Waitin' on a Sunny Day", mais cela n'a pas suffi pour assécher l'atmosphère. On retiendra quelques raretés de choix dans la setlist, telles "Something in the Night" et "Racing in the Street", de même que la série de 6 chansons dans les premiers rappels.
