Back in the U.S.A. Springsteen & The E Street Band on commencé leur marathon de fin d'année à Dallas. Don Henley (ex Eagles) est monté sur scène à la fin du concert pour chanter "I fought the law" (chanson diffusée la même nuit durant l'émission "Little Steven's Underground Garage"). Après avoir clôt les derniers concerts européens, "Thunder Road" n'est pas apparu dans le programme. Springsteen s'est coiffé d'un chapeau de cow-boy avant d'entamer "Working on the highway", qui a terminé le concert. A noter aussi que "Worlds apart" n'a pas figuré dans la setlist depuis le début de la tournée.
