Plusieurs coupures de courant ont perturbé ce concert, mais sans toutefois en altérer la portée et la qualité. Pendant les pannes (sur "War", "The rising", "Waitin'" et "Worlds Apart"), Springsteen a embarqué le public dans une interprétation a capella, tandis que Max donnait la cadence. Durant ce concert, que Bruce a lui-même qualifié d'inconfortable, 27 chansons ont été jouées, pour une durée totale de presque 3 heures et demie. "No surrender" a été jouée après "Born in the U.S.A." (acoustique) et "War" pour une ouverture puissante, juste avant "The rising".
